Harvest results demonstrate that Syngenta Seeds, Inc. brand sunflowers, the global leader in sunflower sales with more than $200 million in sales worldwide, provided consistent yield across the High Plains.
University trial results show Syngenta sunflower hybrids yielded up to 2723 lb/A., and out-yielded competitive hybrids by as much as 540 lb/A1 in Colorado, 136 lb/A2 in Kansas and 115 lb/A3 in Nebraska in 2009.

In 2009 university trials, leading Syngenta sunflower brands demonstrated top performance. 3875 NS Brand ranked first in both the Colorado State University trials and the Kansas State University trial with yields of 2723 lb/A* and 2467 lb/A** respectively. 3732 NS Brand ranked first in the University of Nebraska trial with a yield of 2463 lb/A***.
A dedicated sunflower sales representative located in the High Plains works with growers to ensure they have the most up-to-date information regarding Syngenta sunflower products as well as information to properly position the hybrids for maximum performance and profitability potential in specific fields.
